Refund Policy - The Basics

Advance Payment: All orders require full payment in advance. Refunds will be processed only after verifying payment confirmation.
Eligibility: Refunds are considered only for defective products, damage during shipping (if not insured), or incorrect items delivered.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Custom-made or personalized jewellery
- IGI-certified diamonds or gemstones once the certification is delivered
- Items damaged due to customer negligence

What To Include In The Refund Policy

“To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order with your order ID, product images, and reason for return. All returns are inspected for authenticity and condition before approval. Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Please note that shipping charges and insurance fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Gandevikar Jewellers.
