All orders are shipped at the customer’s risk unless shipping insurance is purchased.

2. Shipping Policy – The Basics

Advance Payment Required: All orders require full payment in advance. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
Free Shipping Zone: Free shipping is available only within Vadodara city.
Shipping Outside Vadodara: Currently, we do not ship outside Vadodara.
Optional Shipping Insurance: Customers can opt for insurance at an extra cost, calculated based on the order value. Insurance protects against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery in Vadodara is 7–10 working days after payment confirmation. Peak seasons and holidays may cause delays.

3. What to Include in the Shipping Policy

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Customers will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.

b. Packaging & Handling:
Jewellery is packaged securely in premium protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.

c. Tracking:
A tracking number will be shared once the order is dispatched, allowing customers to monitor delivery status.

d. Additional Charges:

Shipping insurance is optional and charged separately.
Any applicable taxes or fees related to shipping insurance will be borne by the customer.

e. Customer Support:
For queries related to shipping, delivery, or insurance, customers can reach out to our support team via email or phone.

f. Liability:
Gandevikar Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for delays or damages incurred after the package is handed to the courier.

Customers opting out of insurance assume full responsibility for the shipment.
