2.2. By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3.1. All jewelry displayed on our website, including 22K and 18K gold, is BIS HUID Hallmarked, ensuring purity and authenticity.

3.2. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, weights, sizes, and karats are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to handmade craftsmanship or digital presentation.

3.3. Prices, availability, and product details are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. All prices on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of all applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

4.2. Prices of gold, silver, and diamond jewelry are subject to market fluctuations. Rates are valid only at the time of placing the order and may change without prior notice.

4.3. Once the order is placed, you will receive an Order Receipt via email or WhatsApp.
Please note:

• This Order Receipt is only a reference for your order and does not confirm your purchase.

• Your order will only be considered confirmed once the full payment is successfully received.

4.4. You must make the payment for the mentioned amount:

• To the official bank account details shared by us, or

• Via UPI to the UPI ID provided at checkout or by our team.

4.5. After making the payment, you must share a payment screenshot on the given WhatsApp number.
Failure to do so will result in your order remaining unconfirmed and unprocessed.

4.6. If the customer delays payment and the gold/silver rates change during this time, the new updated rates will be applicable, and the order amount will be adjusted accordingly.

4.7. We as a merchant shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from payment failures or delays:

 

“We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.”

5. Order Processing & Cancellation

5.1. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation and receipt of screenshot as stated above.

5.2. Gandevikar Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any order in case of:

• Payment not received on time

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Errors in product/pricing information

• Force majeure or unavoidable circumstances

5.3. Customers can cancel an order before dispatch only. Orders already shipped or dispatched cannot be cancelled.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1. We ship across India via secure and insured logistics partners.

6.2. All jewelry shipments are carefully packed, insured, and tracked. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on the shipping address.

6.3. The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping details. Any delivery failure or delay caused by incorrect details will be the customer’s responsibility.

6.4. Customers must inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the parcel is tampered with or damaged, refuse to accept it and report the issue to us immediately.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

7.1. Returns or exchanges are allowed only in the following cases:

• Item received is different from the one ordered

• Manufacturing defect

• Physical damage during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours)

7.2. To be eligible for return/exchange:

• Product must be unused and in its original condition

• All packaging, tags, invoices, and certificates must be intact

• Customer must initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery

7.3. Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable.

7.4. Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be initiated within 7–14 business days to the original payment source.

8. Certificate of Authenticity

Every product purchased from Gandevikar Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. comes with:

• BIS HUID Hallmark Certificate (for gold)

• Gandevikar Jewellers' Certificate of Authenticity Please retain these documents carefully, as they are important for future exchanges or resale.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. All content on this website including logos, designs, product images, graphics, written content, and website layout is the intellectual property of Gandevikar Jewellers Pvt. Ltd.

9.2. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of website content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
